Quality control process
Incoming steel coils and sheets are received with material certificates; thickness and mechanical values are checked per batch.
Dimensions are checked after cutting and punching, welds are inspected visually and by sampling. Coating thickness is measured and recorded for every batch.
After installation, anchor torque, upright plumb and levels are measured; load notices are fitted and the handover record is signed.
