Modrack Raf Sistemleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), processes your personal data as described below.
Data processed
Name, company, telephone, e-mail, city and message content submitted through the forms on this website; for job applications also CV details.
Purposes
- Handling quotation and survey requests and managing contracts
- Evaluating dealership applications
- Evaluating job applications for recruitment
- Customer relations and after-sales services
- Compliance with legal obligations
Legal basis and transfers
Data is processed on the basis of contract formation and performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest under Article 5 of the Law. It is shared only with authorised public bodies and with IT and courier service providers to the extent necessary; no transfers abroad are made.
Retention
Quotation and contact records are kept for the periods set by law; job applications are kept for six months and then deleted.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you may ask whether your data is processed and request correction, deletion or objection by writing to info@modrack.com.tr. Requests are answered within 30 days.
