A racking system developed for storing palletised and heavy goods loaded by forklift. It makes use of the warehouse height so that more goods can be kept in an orderly way within the existing area. Rack dimensions and load capacity are engineered according to pallet sizes, product weights and the handling equipment used. In logistics centres, production plants and dispatch warehouses it makes placing, tracking and preparing goods for shipment easier.
Adjustable beam levels allow the system to be adapted to different pallet heights. Bay load and height depend on the upright profile and beam section; uprights up to 12 metres carry up to 4,000 kg per level.
The layout is chosen according to the warehouse dimensions, forklift type and picking method. During the survey we measure aisle widths, turning radii and floor condition; the layout plan and load table are supplied with the quotation.
